Purchases can be considered for refund if they meet all of the following conditions:
(1) Returns must be made within 7 days of receiving your purchase. We cannot refund purchases after this one week window.
(2) You must have the original Japanese-Stamps.com receipt. We cannot accept returns without the original receipt.
(3) Stamps must be in clean, unused, undamaged conditions. We cannot accept any items that are in any way damaged or altered from their original condition.
(4) We do not provide refunds for stamps that have been 'mistreated' or 'misused.'
If your purchase meets every one of the above conditions (no exceptions) we will be happy to make the refund.

Once we receive your return and assess whether it meets the return requirements, a credit will be issued to your account, less a $10.00 restocking fee per item.
